After I replaced the motor, it wasnt going down so my wife hit the switch to lower the tilt and I pulled the tilt down. I think it was also stuck, after that it worked like a beauty..

But its goes down very fast, up is kinda slow.. Normal?

Normal. You have gravity helping you down and working against you bringing it up. It should come up pretty quick on a fresh charged battery (2-3 seconds).
