newbie needin info on an old baja....

New to the Forum and fiberglass boats for that matter... I just bought a 81 Baja that measures about 17.5 feet and I cannot find any other markings on it but the writing on the side. It has hand painted down bth sides 10th Anniversary Special, and the old Baja logo right next to it. It is an open bow, walk through winshield, with a 150 Johnson on it, but so far with the great world of the web I cant find any info on it nor any pics..... Anybody know anything about this boat??

Finnlay got a pic to post. Started to work on the boat today. Needs all new interior and I have started the mojor pain of trying to get it to shine agiain.... any suggestions or tips on how to restore the gelcoat??

Oh yeah and I measured the boat today and its a 18.5 foot, but I cant find any other markings on the boat to find a model number ar anything alse/

Glad to see another BAJA on here. It will shine right up after A LOT of sanding and buffing. I know all about needing new interior, working on that right now myself. Good luck with the rebuild and keep us updated with pictures.
