This engine runs well at low speed but everytime we try to go full throttle we only get about half. You can also hear it, like its starving for fuel, it will get fuel then back off, then get it and back off. At first we thought timing so we adjusted that and it runs awesome at low speed now. Then we thought maybe carb, so we had that rebuilt, replaced fuel filters, plug wires, fuel lines. We even replaced the distributor cap. We still cant get top end out of it. Like i said its starving for fuel. Any ideas?
