Ok took my mako out to the reef today and left my girlfriend to start the motor and tow myself and some friends around... she flooded the motor or so i think... and then i burned out the starter trying to get it to crank right after that. towed the boat back home.. found a used starter put it on changed the plugs.... still no fire.. checked spark have it at all 4 cylinders... compression seems good... have gas in the inline filter right before the carbs... wtf???? boat ran great all the way out 10 miles yesterday and today no problems.. i dont get it. could it still be flooded... i pulled the plugs and ran the motor over for a good 30 seconds. could it be some kind of ignition advance problem?
