Hi,
I'm glad it's still for sale. I'm going on a vacation to London but I will instruct my assistant to prepare and mail you your payment which I'm sure you will get it in about 4 - 6 business days. I'll add $20 extra for the delay. Money Order is the means I can pay you with. If this is acceptable by you, Send me your info i.e full name, mailing address and your phone number so payment can be mail out immediately.I will also make arrangement for pick-up which will be after you must have received and cashed the Money Order.
Awaiting your info
Thanks
Scott

Hi Scott,
A London vacation sounds fun!!
A money order payment will do just fine.

Just send the money order to:

FBI
Special Agent Steven L. Conley
330 E. Kilbourn Ave, Suite 600
Milwaukee, WI 53202

If you need to talk on the phone:
(414) 276-4684
Just ask for Steve or G.B. Jones

Thanks

Awaiting his response.. :D

I get them all the time and it's always the same scenario. Unfortunately someone somewhere fell for it for these people to keep doing it. Sad, very sad!

Although a funny response, I would be concerned about impersonating a FBI agent as well. You just never know where your emails are ending up now days.

Re: Fun craigslist emails.

This is such a crazy world , I bought a boat on craigslist , just for the motor, when I bought the motor they threw in the boat and the trailer.... I was very Happy, and The guy told me that he would get the title for the boat from his friend in a few days. I was not too concerned , because I just wanted the motor . a few days later I asked him again , and he said his friend had lost the papers, and that I would have to find the last owner through the dmv... well boat reg are not like car reg they are public info . so I went to the dmv and they told me who was the last owner.

they also told me that at least the boat was not stolen lol.

Well the truth is that the boat was stolen. The owner that I finally found 12 hours away said that she had 6700 invested in the boat, and a 1200 repair after that . she used it three times , and each time the boat broke down.

the small shop where she bought it , and had it repaired disappeared and so did the boat.

that was eight years ago. she is coming to see me sometime this week , and she says that she is going to give me the paperwork to the boat. she wishes to go after the guy who stole it from her. the guy I got it from knows at least 3 other owners

Why she never reported it stolen is beyond me

Re: Fun craigslist emails.

I had some fun a few months ago when someone tried to sell a pickup for a really low price. I asked if it was still for sale because I wanted it. They said yes and they wanted to use ebay payment to insure a safe transaction and I should jump through these hoops. I said I have a friend living in her city and they would bring her cash today. She said no and insisted I do it through ebay. I told her I bought a plane ticket and I would be there tomorrow to pick it up and my friend had cash to come today. I wanted to know how to meet her with money. She got real irritated in her emails and gave me every excuse why she couldn't take cash in person.
