Ok so the rings are broken on #4 cylinder,no scars yet just small nicks on head, is it possible to replace piston without removing power head from lower unit?

No, you will need to pull the powerhead and take it apart. You will need a ring set, a gasket kit, new rod screws and some gel seal, at a minimum.

Piston kits come with the snap rings and wrist pin. You may need a new caged wrist pin bearing.

Be sure to get a factory sevice manual if you don't have one; it will make the job a lot easier.

Wrist pin is pressed in. One side of piston is press fit and other is slip fit. Pushing it in the wrong direction will destroy the piston.

You should be able to come up with parts/numbers at the Bombardier parts website: epc.brp.com.
