my new project: 1967 Slickcraft SS195

I just got my first real project boat and cant wait to dig in. I got the boat and the trailer for free!! (I know free boats are the most expensive)
I am going to replace the stringers, transom and floor. Going to ditch the OMC and do a mercruiser conversion hopefully I will find a suitable donor boat at a good price. Anyone have any suggestions? I love the web site and am looking forward to sharing my progress.

Ahhh........breaker bar on the crank nut. Never a good sign.

Those were once really nice cushy seats!
