WOW! Nice lift! Too bad the limbs from that big tree weren't hanging in the right spot. And the joy's of wet foam. Mine was a bit of a pain to get out, but not too bad. I used a hand saw to cut it into chunks, which made it easier to pop out. I wish I was able to make use of this beautiful day (non-Texans can't appreciate just how nice an 80* day in August is.) My tarp leaked last night, so I had to put the squirrel cage fan on it all afternoon.
Well it wasn't quite as sophisticated as CLAYAROBINSON's liftlol, although if I could have got away with his lift system I would. I figured the Admiral would have freaked had I involved the roof of the house in any part of the restoration. I am already pressing my luck by doing this in my driveway.
The wet foam smells awful! I have a job that has some stink to it, but whew it was not a pleasant odor.
I have a question. In the middle of making my parts list and getting ready to order things, I can't seem to find out what the below things are called. I also need the one for the front on the bow.

Name these parts. Thanks.
Are those tie downs? Hard to see on the picture. If so, mine are stainless. I think I saw some at the local marine shop here.
