Trim /tilt relay for volvo 270 outdrive

I ran jumper wires direct to battery like manual instructed and determined that relays are bad. Called dealer and he tells me one is available and the other is discontinued what the hell? he cant even tell me if its the up relay or down relay thats still available need advice

my buddy just bought them at autozone. they cross referenced them .

They do look to be the same. Here are the OEM parts from Iboats

cheaper than the aftermarket sierra.
