I cleaned the carbs 3times, replaced piolt jet, synchronized carbs, and replaced all intake gasket.. It still has rough idle. I am suspecting a air leak by throtle body but I am unsure anyone else have this issue or may know what it could be? Thanks!

What is your idle set at? It should be 950 RPM.
If you suspect an air leak, spray ether (quick start) in short shots at suspected leaks. If it gets sucked in, the engine will rev up.

I already check vacume balance tubes, and suspect throttle valve. RPM increased with carb cleaner when i tried to spray the throttle valve but it is very hard to spray it because of tight space ...Was wondering if anyone else ran into this I have never seen it on a honda b4. and the RPM are set at 900-1000..Any other ideas?? Thanks!!

I've heard the idle circuit passages are very fine and block easily. How did you clean your carbs? Spray? Soak? Ultrasonic?
Mine idles and starts OK, but I think it could be better. I plan on disassembling them and using an ultrasonic cleaner next winter. Then I'll redo the set up and balance.
