no model number

i have a 1990 johnson 150 outboard 6 cylinder 2 stroke. no model numbers anywhere on the papers. just wondering if somebody could lead me in the right direction on how to figure out what model. i'm about to rebuild the carbs so i'm tryin to figure out the exact model so i can look for a rebuild guide or something in case i run into a problem lol. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check on the transom bracket. There should be a plate with the model number.

It will look something like VJ150ELES.
