I need to repair the threads on one end of the pivot rod which the trim/tilt cylinders attach to. I screwed up the threads when I removed the rod, so now I can't start the nut. Anyone know a quick fix? Thanx.
you should be able to buy a thread file if its only a minor bugger (some have the pitch of the thread and some just have a single 60 deg)<br /><br />if its worse you would need a die the correct size <br /><br />
