Trojan F-32s

Hello,

My wife and I are considering buying our first "big" boat. Looking at many pictures of different late '70s F-32s for sale on the internet, they look like they have a pretty good layout. Does anybody here have any experience, good or bad, with these boats? We would definitely get a survey and mechanical inspection done on any boat we consider buying, but are there any things in particular that we should look out for if we go check some of these boats out? Thanks!

Oops, please respond to the other thread. I forgot to enable the e-mail notification on this one.

I may be wrong, but I believe that the Trojan F-32 was the most popular 32' ever made. Bound to be a reason for that. They are good looking boats with a nice lay-out...don't know that they had any particular problems.

Re: Trojan F-32s

Thanks for the reply, Relentless. Yeah, a lot of the broker ads I've seen claim that they made more Trojan F-32s than any other boat over 30'. Just thought I'd get a lot more response to this topic. Just because they made/sold a lot of them doesn't necessarily mean they're good (I won't mention any other brands here!) though! I agree that they're nice looking boats with a good layout, at least as far as I can tell from pictures. We're going to look at a few in the next week or so.
