Changing an impeller shouldn't have any effect on the trim/tilt. But if you aren't getting the drive trimmed up, that could be your problem.<br />Just use the trailer button to raise the drive a little and see if it works. Don't just try to use the gauge, use feel. If the drive starts getting too high, your speed will drop and the rpm will increase.

Mine did that, it was 2 problems....<br />.<br />First: my doel-fin had a slight warp<br />.<br />Second: my boarding platform ladder was dragging.<br />.<br />You'd be amazed at how much of a difference these two made.

Thanks to Don S. and others on this forum for excellent info!! Just got a 92 Bayliner...first time out was this weekend and it pulled to the left pretty hard. <br /><br />After reading these posts, I found the trim tab was adjusted to the right... I have moved all the way left and can't wait to get out this weekend to adjust & test. Thanks!!
