Finally got out on the water today

I was finally able to get the beast out on the water today. It was the first run of the season. It was a bit cold out, but everything worked as it should. The Minnkota bow mount powerdrive worked great, the Humminbird Matrix 27 worked flawlessly at any speed, and I caught fish. What more could you ask for. After coming home, I mounted up the little 5.5 horse kicker I have had laying around. I trolled for big fish today with the main motor, not the best thing to do, but I still managed to catch fish despite my lacking a downrigger (that is on my list of Things To Buy Next). I would post pics, but my web server has imploded and they are trying to fix it.

So the Hummingbird worked fine eh? I havnt had time to install my little perahna yet Maybe next week end.

The Humminbird rocked. It had excellent detail (it better with a 480x640 pixel display). My only problem was I was picking up arches well below what my lure was running but like I said, I was just dinking around. I need a downrigger to get to the depth I needed, but I still caught fish so it wasn't the end of the world.

Bo, they are in the middle of fixing it. Something called the RAID Array exploded or something, and they are having to do whatever is done when RAID Arrays explode, and it should be back up. My sister does websites and said I could use some of her space so soon I will set the site up on her space. In the meantime, hopefully things will be fixed soon with my site.
