Hello, I just bought a 2004 Glastron with the Volvo 5.0. It has 21 hours on the clock and the manual says it needs an inspection at 20 hours. It does not really go into detail about what needs to be done. What should I have done and could I do it myself?<br /><br />Thanks!
of stuff to check.....As DD says....If it is still under warranty, by all means take it in......You should probably change the gear lube in the drive, lube the u-joints & definatly check all hoses (water & fuel) for any sign of leakage.....<br />There is really too much to list......<br />The next tool for your toolbox should be the proper service manual.....Post your serial# & wait for some more input as to the proper one....<br />Don't waste your money on a Seloc or Clymer's....<br />Get the official Volvo one
