was wondering if anyone would know where i can get information fo a 1957 sea nymph with a 1958 mercury 45hp 4 stoke motor on it. i need a ignition key switch. please e-mail or leave a message in this forum with any info that would be helpful. thank you

yes when i bought the boat the owner said that it was a 57 or '58 45hp mercury 4 stroke.i can get the serial # later if that would help.

Pictures would be nice too, as you have a real collectors item if its a four stroke.

I'd sooner think it's 4 Cylinder,<br />Not 4 Stroke......<br /><br />The Only 4 Strokes I've seen, That Old, are the Fisher Pierce's.........

ok more info serial#1479254, merc 450, dyna float, single lever full gear shift, kiekhaefer corp cedarburg,WI ,45h.p. four. on a 1957 sea nymph .

found out it is a 1962 merc and there is someone in pennsylvania that might have parts for older mercury's
