First you need to host them somewhere. Most likely your ISP gives you free webspace to keep pics. If not, there are tons of free sites that will host them for you. <br /><br />Once you have the picture up and hosted on the www. just put the address of the photo inside image tags. It should look like this.<br /><br />

[img]www.whateverhost.com/mypictures/boat.jpg[/img]

If you want to really be slick about it, you should optimize your pics for web viewing with a program like photoshop. At the very least, resize the pic to 640x480 or 800x600 at the most.
