fiberglass repair

i have a 80 hydrostream vector its a fiberglass boat and i was putting a new floor in and the screws i put in was alittle to long and penatrated the bottom of the boat 10 times to be exact and i was needing to know the best repair i need to do to fix this problem thanks

They are just small holes, right? Just mix up some epoxy and cabosil to a nice thickened consistency and fill in the holes.

i tryed that but its hard to make it go in the holes<br />id stick a clothes hanger in to push it down and the epoxy would go in the hole

Vector, There is a product called Marine-Tex. It is an epoxy putty that you can force into the holes with a putty knife. It will permanently repair such holes.

Yea i pulled a stupit trick allright id never thought it would be only 2inches thick at that point oh well lessons learned thanks yall ill see about finding that stuff im guessing you can get it at any marine store

Contersink holes ,with a screw push some fiberglass cloth in holes ,wet with polyester resin ,let dry grind off exess finish with marine tex or gelcoat
