Go to a automotive store and ask for a 3M stripe eraser. No sweat and no need for the belt sander.<br /><br />You could also try a hair dryer and a plastic scraper.
If the hair dryer doesn't work, Harbor Freight tools has a heat gun for $15 that kicks out some serious heat. Use that with a windsheild ice scraper from Wally World.
