Here is my little project AKA 16ft Riveria. So far I have redone the wiring thanks to you guys, swapped motors- pic shows 100hp Eveinrude now have a 65hp merc, new seat mounts, new tires and wheels for trailor. Ill post different pics later. Lots to go!! Thanks for the help

The seats are in farily good condition. No pics on the water yet ( have to get them developed) will post more later

Actually that motor is no longer on it. I have put a 65 hp merc on it. Still does pretty good.
