Have you tried Bleach or soft scrub cleaners? They seem to work for me.

Bob

X-14 Stain and Mildew remover is the best I've ever found. Spray it on, wait a few minutes and the stains dissapear. Wash off with water and dry. Amazing stuff, but sometimes hard to find, although many hardware stores and discount stores carry it.

It really depends on the stains. Both products already mentioned are very good but some stains require some old fashion elbow grease and a scrubby pad.Charlie

I found a product at West Marine called marine Spray 9 that works very well...but it should for $9 a bottle. My automotive chemicals just haven't worked as well on the boat vinyl. I'll give the X-14 a try.

I've come to rely on soft scrub (look under your sink) and a small stiff brush and old towel. I have miles of white vinyl in my boat and it's surprising how un-white it really is until I scrub it clean. Protect it from future stains and mildew after getting it clean!

Soft scrub works good but for the real tough ones GO-JO hand cleaner with pumice and a scrubber sponge work great it will take off baked on squid guts and catfish slime all will require some elbow grease. Also works good on your jeans if you get oil or grease spots playing with the boat just rub some into the spot let it set for a bit and wash like normal.
