75 victoria bayliner cruiser

I have a 1975 bayliner victoria cruiser trying to identify what kind of motor and transmissiom it has..... any info is helpful

i would say it would be powered by a volvo drivetrian

I had a 1977. It had a Volvo outdrive connected to a 350 ci small block Chevy (no transmission). It was a slug though mine was underpowered and tired when I bought it. It would barely get up on plane WOT with just me aboard. That is a big boat & should have a big block if you want to get it on plane with any kind of load. I had mine on a triple axle trailer & it scared the crap out of me to tow it. Sold it six weeks before hurricane Andrew paid our area a visit. Great layout for family weekends though.
