Does anyone use a solar charging system on their boat? I have seen some items @ different marine stores that look interesting. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanx
They're like trickle chargers, you can buy bigger ones for more money. Think the 1/2 amp or so Siemens one I have cost about $100. It was on my old boat, will be on new one next year. Good for mooring/pump battery.
I love the idea.The only one that I used was a small one that kept the battery topped off.Not very powerful but I never had a dead or weak battery.Charlie
