1999 Mariah Shabah 186... one day while tooling around the tach just stopped working. Looks like the wiring is intact behind the tach itself. However I am really unsure exactly where the tach gets its signal back in the engine... IIs it right off the Distributor? It is a Mercruiser 4.3L 6 cyl. w/o fuel inj. Is it ia single wire from the distributor (or somewhere close) to the tach behind the dashboard? Please help.
