Can anyone tell me if this is supposed to be freeflowing or restricted as far as water circulation is concerned?Water shoots out small hose good when not connected,only dribbles (out pee hole) when connected to "pump".Also, if it is not supposed to be restricted,can it be cleaned out or do I need to buy another?
