Impellor on 97 evinrude 6 hp

How do I get to the Impellor on a 97 evinrude? the manual says drop 2 screws and out comes the lower unit... But I cant find these screws.. Does any one have a picture of what it should look like when I get there?

They go thru the bottom by the prop. Above the prop under the fin. 3/8" bolts about two inches long. Have fun..........

How did you disconnect the sfift rod?? Is there a pin somewhere?
I'm a bit stuck as the lower unit has not come off completely after removing the bolts..
