150 johnson new powerheads

I was looking for powerhead information for my twin 1992 150 johnsons,can you still get a "new" oem powerhead or is it just rebuilts for this engine. thanks

capt.manny: I don't believe that OMC has any new ones laying around, If your interested, I do have a Fully rebuilt freshwater PowerHead ready to go with full 1 warranty, Also option for a added 3 year warranty. This isn't no 1 hole wonder, Its fresh from the crank up all holes are .020 over & all new bearings.<br /><br />indydan

Actually, there are "factory-fresh" powerheads available. Expect to pay nearly 8 grand though (unless there's a drastic price reduction in the future). Then there's the installation...<br /><br />-John

new powerheads now avail. from bombardier built in the new factory in sternavent wisconsin see your local Johny/Rude dealer

Interesting, thats good to know about the powerheads, sounds like the new Ski-doo plant is already putting OMC to same. But 8000.00 WOW!!!!!!!
