Hello fellow shadetree mechanic's!<br />i got a 1977 55hp johnson seahorse off this young nurse.<br />been sitting in her shed for 2yrs or so,claims the last guy that worked on it,sez it runs fine except it needs a "STATOR"! she sez it run before she took it to him! but i am getting no fire at all!<br />my question is, does anyone know where i can get a "used stator" before i sink money into it i dont have! put a volt meter on it,getting very little or no responce from it!<br />Thanks, gigbag
