Oil Gas Mixture

I was given a 70 HP Johnson Model 70EL78C 3 cyl motor. I do not know the proper oil gas mixture. Oil/liters, oil/imp Gal or oli/US gal.<br />Also can you tell me what the letters and numbers stand for in the model #?<br />Ser # is C8021721

G'day. Your motor should be ran on 50:1 Fuel/oil. Since here in Oztralia we are metric I will give you metric readings. for 20L fuel you need 400Ml oil. for 25L fuel / 500Ml. There are measuring jugs on the market that will give you the correct ratio oil, check your local marine dealer.
