Does most of the vollume of water circulate through the tubes down below the water level, I only see spit & sputters of water coming out of the exhaust hole, is this normal?? Also have problems finding neutral with the electric shift since R&R, should I adjust under the access plate or with the cable, Keitho

Hi Keith<br /> That sounds normal?? I would do some checking just to make sure. Did you service the t-stat? If not, you should. Did you replace the gear oil? Did you use the correct type for elec. shift?

I did change the gear oil, just got back from a test run! It seemed to do great! Shifted much better under a load & with the fresh lube! (THANKS ! for the tip!) I may have been a bit paranoid about the pee stream-, as far as the thermostat goes I'm lost, have not been able to find a manual for my model! I am pretty good wrench, but boats are not my bag, thanks much-O for the help! Keith Berryman
