What is this Evinrude?

I have a little Evi I use on my canoe. I need to do some work on it, so identifying it would help. The Model No listed is EJRCUA and the Serial No is B 1361963. Under the OMC name is also printed, Belgium. I was told it was a 3 horse when I bought it, but the guy wasn't sure. Don't know the year.

Hi There<br /><br />I checked just for giggles and found a different hp for the motor. The hp I found was 2 hp. Not a ground shaking (or in our case, water waking) difference. <br /><br />Billy Bob<br /><br />PS This hp info was discovered through Land Big Fish used prices (NADA) It may not be that reliable.
