Anyone ever own one of these really BIG Johnnyrudes? is this one something I should stay away from?? I've come across a boat at the right price (just sold my LagunaCC)and I'm interested but I was really in the market for an I/O or straight inboard this time around. this outboard model is at least 10K less than the outdrive/straight shaft versions Don

I have 0 experience with one of these and have seen 2 on a go fast. From discussions on another message board, it sounds like they were ok engines but extremely thirsty.

Thanks Guys, Hey Beaux I enjoyed the hell out of Gulfport, was there back in '91 Keesler AFB, my Chick was a Nurse and She got called to duty for Dessert Storm. They stationed her there but She rented a *****in place on the water with a slip.<br />It was so nice I wanted to move! thought I was gonna see Gators! I'd swear I saw some kind of Pine tree's along the Beach blew my mind (whats left of it anyway................Don
