Need wiring harness for "72" 25hp evinrude. ?? where to find?

i just started boating and don't know much about it. i need a wiring harness for the electric start on a 1972 25hp evinrude sportster. these are the #'s off the motor 25202R-E04632 i think it is a "72". any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi It would help greatly if you let us all know where you live by State. We all have are hot spots to go get goodies! I live here in NJ and get my Johnson parts at Trixies in Bayville NJ. this may help? <br />steve

This is the one with the plug ins on the "dash board" of the outboard. It will have 2 large pins,and a number of smaller pins. These did not make very good contact, and tended to burn up at the pin/socket connection because of the resistance at that point. I would recommend that you "hard wire" directly past that connector, and never have trouble. However, if your dead set on having the thing removable, try www.tcoutboard.com they probably have a used one of these harness'. You should have a pin count when you inquire, as there are two different connector designs, the first had a remotely mounted box that contained the starter relay. The other type had the relay installed under the hood. The shape of the connector is the same, but the pin counts are different.
