79 johnson 70 h power loss

power loss when going wot. When I checked the high speed orifice(removed plug) and pumped the primer ball , gas came out the two upper carbs but nothing came out the bottom carb. Also when running sounds like it is flooding out. On the hose runs fine. In the water, starts fine idles fine just no wot.

Ya didn't give us a lot of history, like has the engine been sitting up for a while or it's been running great until Saturday so if you'd tell us a little more, maybe we could help ya out. <br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty

when you loose a carb you loose a cylinder you loose speed at w.o.t.clean carbs. papasage
