gelcoat problem please help

i was appling gelcoat to a part of my boat that i just repaired and what happened was that i applyed about three coats and then i let it sit for a while so i could apply the last coat but when i went to appply it the gelcoat was like 95% dry it felt like all that was on the surface was the wax it might have been alittle wet still but i dont know for sure i went ahead and applyed the last coat will it still stick thank you for help

Sounds like he needs to cover it with pva so it will cure. Question...will it cure now after sitting for days?? Let us know how you solve this, and if the under coats harden after being sealed with a new coat. I always shoot the pva while the last coat is fresh..I have never waited.
