Need help with the specs for a 1968 65hp Johnson. Any and all carburator settings. Idles very rough if at all at low rpms. Also bogs when gas is first applied but seems to catch eventually. Just tore down and cleaned carburator just want to set it properly. Want to check Cylinder compression reading so need that spec. Also Timing setting and how to check and adjust timing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
