johnson 35 questions

i own a 57' or 58' johnson 35 javelin and i was wandering what manual do you recommend that i buy to fix the motor? also when i bought it it came with an electric starter, the pull cord and a key and throttle set what do u recommend that i use to start it? and the last question, we are trying to hook up the steering wheel to it but we cannot figure out how to hook it up to the motor, is this engine made for a steering wheel or for manual steering? please help
