My motor was stored several years and gas badly gummed up the carburetor as might be expected.Took it apart and cleaned out the crud. When reassembling carb noticed inlet valve isn't fastened to the float. How should the inlet valve be attached to the float?A spring? A little keeper? Was I too zealous in cleaning out the crud, might I have disposed of a little part?<br />If I could get ahold of an exploded diagram of the carburetor it would really be helpful.Maybe someone has a manual with the proper carb diagram and could reply to this request and I could send him my email address. Please help if you can.
