Mod E15RCDE, SN 0603713<br />Starts easy, idles smooth and forever.<br />Problem 1: can't get it to rev up to faster rpms in tank, either out of gear or in.<br />Problem 2: managed to pull starter cord about 80-90 % out and it won't return to normal position...but will start with even that little to work with. Need to reset to normal.
