friend borrowed boat without permission boat is not pumping water from motor johnson 15 with new water pump and theromostat ,tried flushing backwards no clog .looking for new ideas to try!!! in need of repair manual break down step by step instructions. brianlsr6@aol.com

Must have run it out of water. Recheck the pump.<br /><br />TMD

Some friend!! Ha! He may have mud banked the lower unit. I agree with TMD, the pump is the first place to sort this out.
