Is this a decent engine ?1990 Johnson 70 hp

I am considering buying a rebuilt 1990 Johnson 70 hp with pwer t/t cables control box and prop for $2200.00 but I am not familler with this engine does anyone know the pros and cons of this engine

The OMC looper triples are among the best outboard designs ever, Mercrude.<br /><br />Moving this to General Outboard.<br /><br />Good luck.
