chaging older(1986) motor to synthtic oil

considering changing to pennzoil 100 % synthetic oil is there problems relating to to this oil removing to may deposits

None whatsoever.<br /><br />If it is an oil injected unit, this may be a good time to clean out the oil tank.

thanks djohns19 will clean tank check alarm float ect.. I think this motors needs this due to fact that the vro went out and dumped more oil than fuel( good thing if it's going to go) but its probably full of onburned oil.
