Kevin....the numbers you posted don't ring no bell (maybe my bell's broke, don't know) but could you look on the transom bracket for a metal tag with the model number and serial number on it and post if possible?<br /><br />If your 9.9 has charging, on the starboard side of the engine, that's the right side when looking from the back of the engine, there will be a triangular mounting base with a small tin can on top. There will probably be three wires coming from it. Two yellow (with blue and grey stripes) and a red. The two yellow wires will connect at a terminal strip with wires of the same color coming from under the flywheel.
