got a old evinrude, serial number is "10018-04015" need to know the year. Been told that it was a 10 horse. Also i need to adj. the carb. Man gave me the motor and said that it was running when he set it up. Had alot of gum in carb. and now i have it back together, but it want start unless you put some gas in the sparkplug holes and then crank it. and then it doesn't pickup the gas. Someone HELP PLEASE
