1965 Johnson Where is the ThermoStat?

My model # RDSL-25D SN#2362579 Where is the Thermostat located and does it even have one? I have seen a lot posted about water exhaust just trickling out, mine is doing the same, and I just replaced the inpeller.

MarkAce <br /><br />I'm not really sure on that Model, but I do know that number(RDSL-25) is a 1963 Model 40 HP. Just so you know what you're dealing with. The T-Stat should be located on the back of the powerhead, if like most.

Mark...look on top of the head for a triangular cover. The t-stat will be under it.
