Start by taking out the seats and pulling up the old floor to see what condition the stringers and such are in. You will probably find more rot than you think. I would also check out the condition of the wood in the transom area. Also look at the area around the motor mounts to make sure they are still solid. Once you know how all the wood in the boat is holding up then you can decide whether it is worth the cost and trouble of replacement.
