carb linkage

i have a 1969evinrude 115hp ob its missing the low speed adjusting linkage anyone know who would have such parts???any help is appriciated.also one of the adjusters backs out feeding to much fuel.is this related to the missing linkage? thanks for your help from freezing leominster ma!!!go patriots!!!!!!!!
