Help Please Tilt / Trim

Hi Guys<br /><br />Just about to try and find out why my tilt / trim does not work sometimes, especially recently, i guess the first thing i need to check is that there is plenty of fluid in there is this correct? also can i use auto tranny fluid for this or do i need to purchase special stuff,i can hear pump running etc when i press switch but motor takes awhile before it starts to go up or down.Thanx in advavance for any help given.<br /><br />Regards<br /><br />Wavedancer

Use high vicosity T&T lube in your T&T, available at Walmart(Lubrimatic) or of course, your dealer. Fill it up and cycle it up and down 4 or 5 times, then recheck and top off as nessesary. Most likely low on fluid or air in the system. Leave the screw out or loose while you cycle it to purge air out.
