I have a warranty issue on my 1996 Trophy 1703 that I was trying to get resolved. I have a crack that is forming on the cap that covers the top of the transom. I was concerend that my transom had become weak and that I need to get it looked at by someone who sells Trophy boats. So I called Bayliner up and the said to take it to Holiday Camper in S.C. and they would be able to tell me if it was covered. When I called for an appointment and explained my problem they said they would have to charge me to look at it if Bayliner wouldn't cover it. They said they couldn't spend time looking at a warranty issue if Bayliner wouldn't cover it. When I called Bayliner back and told them this they couldn't believe it! Now they are working on having someone look at it and said not to use Holiday Camper in S.C. I will never take my boat to HC ever again.
